Return Policy

General Policy

Exchanges and returns are at EST Fashion’s discretion.
Full-priced items can be returned within 10 days of receipt.
Promotional, and sale items cannot be refunded or returned, either online or in-store.

Return Conditions

Items must be in a sellable condition: unworn, unwashed, unused, with all original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Returns incomplete, damaged, soiled, or missing original packaging or labels will not be accepted.

Faulty or Damaged Items

For faulty, damaged, or incorrectly described products, contact customer service at [email protected] with a description of the issue.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, excluding delivery costs. Items will undergo quality inspection before approval. Refunds are issued within 3-5 working days, with correct banking details necessary.

Additional Conditions

Refunds may be withheld if the customer did not permit collection within 10 days or if the items do not pass quality control.
